Girls best friend

Love this when my husband uses it and I do not have to cook a meal, however when it is chilly out and not really the grilling weather, I do long for the next time it will be used. Maybe sometime this week.

Relief

 I have been struggling with ear issues for about a week and half and just thought it was allergies and wax buildup. Well on Monday I woke up in alot of pain and could barely do anything because it hurt. My left ear has been clogged and I cannot really hear out of it,but Monday was bad. I really  though I was going to have to use sign language. I had about enough and went to see the doctor on Tuesday and I have fluid build up in my left ear and an ear infection in my right ear. I would have never guessed it was an ear infection. Never had one in my life and now in my 30's I get one. The doctor says everything is different when you are pregnant. NEver had this problem before.
 I am really glad I went and I love my doctor. I really did not have one and I am not a big fan of urgent care or min clinic,but Iwill go if I have to. I found a really good one(thanks to my neighbor who is a nurse there.)
 I was so excited to get on some medicine. I have only taken 2 doses so my ears are still not normal,but hopefully they will heal soon so I can hear again. I have so much more sympathy for little ones who get ear infections, THEY HURT!!!!

 I am on the road to recovery thanks to some Amoxocillian.

Total weight gain/loss: lost a pound, total gain is 7 pounds  I think (really do not weigh myself very often)

Maternity Clothes: Yes, mostly all the time now. Just more comfortable

Movement: Yes, flutters every once in awhile

Food Cravings: lots of carbs, and sweets, I do not eat alot of sweets when I am not pregnant, so I am craving them like crazy now. Also, citrus fruit, oranges, orange juice.



What I miss: sleeping on my belly.

Best moment this week: I do not think I have one

What I am looking forward to: My ultrasound on May 4th to find out( Ithink it is a girl

The funny things she says

Cadence has now figured out how to open the fridge. Great, we are in trouble now. The girl is addicted to cheese just like her mommy,however I keep explaining to her that if she eats to much she will have a tummy ache and not be able to go poopy.(sorry about the word) I told her she does not want that to happen.
  Well today she went potty(poopy) and came running out saying " I went poopy so I can have more cheese."  "I guess you can" I said. She was so thrilled that she could eat cheese and still go potty. Wow, the little things in life that excite children. She keeps us laughing that is for sure.

Randomness

I guess I need to update just to update.  We have really enjoyed such nice weather, most of my days are spent outside. I do like it because it keeps the house cleaner and they nap much better.
 We have things going on just about every weekend it seems like,but this weekend I think seems pretty calm for once.  I am counting the days until summer break. Not to many more.

  I am doing something I thought Iwas not going to do,but I sending Kendric to a summer camp only 2 days a week for 2 hours,but he really enjoys school and this gives Cadence and I some one on one that we both need before the baby arrives.  It is at the school he attends now so he is familar with it. Sometimes he gets really bored and anyting mommy suggests gets shot done so I think this will be good for him. In fact, I know it will be. I actually applied to work the 2 days that he is there because both the kids can attend for free if I work it. No word on that yet. It will give us all something to do for a couple of hours a couple days a week.

Anyway, not much to update, nothing exciting really going on. I will have a pregnancy update soon.

Easter Weekend

We had such a great Easter. The weather made it even better. We spent the majority of it outside. We went to Columbia to celebrate Easter with Ryan's family. We had a really good time. On Sunday we went to church and then went out to lunch. My family always stays in Ohio for Easter so our Easter Sunday is usually really laid back since we celebrate it on Sat. We played and played outside today. What a glorious day to celebrate Jesus and the fact that he rose from the dead. Happy Easter to everybody.

Sitting next to his girlfriend of course. Good thing she lives right around the corner so they can see each other this summer.Hunting for EggsToday was Kendric's Easter party and Easter egg hunt. He had a blast and got alot og goodies of course.
