2. Snow days: Do you welcome them happily or are they a pain in your butt?

A surprise one every now and then is great. Especially when there has not been a break in awhile, but more than 2 we all go stir crazy and ready to be back on routine. More than 2, pain in my butt, Otherwise I welcome them happily.





3. What talent did you wish you had and why?

To be really organized and creative. I use to be organized until I had kids and then I lost it. I am always thinking of creative ways to plan things or teach,but it never happens. I also wish I had the talent to keep up with all the housework and laundry so it would not pile up.





4. Are you a news, politics or celebrity gossip junkie?

 As much as I hate  to admit, I look forward to getting my us weekly in the mail to catch up on the celebrity gossip. I do not keep up with politics at all. I probably do though. News just depresses me.





5. What is your favorite "cocktail"? (Are you a beer person, a kiddie cocktail junkie, or perhaps your more the "Cosmo" kind?! Anything flies...doesn't hafta be alcoholic!)
 I love root beer for nonalcoholic drinks, and I do love beer, but I also like cranberry and vodka. If I do drink, it is either wine or beer.

I cannot believe Kaelis is 4 months old.
You weigh 13# 11 ounces.
 You  still eat every 2 hours
 You may get up once at night now, but not often
You wear 3 month clothing or 3-6 months
You are still in size 1-2 diaper
You give the biggest smiles and giggles. We love hearing those wonderful giggles.
 You have 2 dimples on each side of mouth and they really show up when you smile and laugh.
You still are not real happy during tummy time,but you are rolling over so that helps.

We are so thankful for you and we love you.

Busy busy

Sorry about the lack of posts. I am having one of those weeks that i feel like nothing is getting done,but I am busy all day. I will have a few posts up here soon!

. Where did you meet your spouse and did you instantly know it was love?

 I met my hubby through Christiansingles.com  At first I would be hestitant to tell people this is how I met him.but then the more I thought about it I knew this was the guy God wanted me to be with and this is the way he wanted me to meet him. Yes, it was love instantly. I was older and wiser when I met him so I knew exactly what I wanted and he had most of them.






2. What is your favorite room in your house?

I love my bedroom. It is the room I go in to read a good magazine or a book or just to relax and watch tv and just lay in bed on cuddled in the covers. It is peaceful, spa like and mine.  I have to add another room on the other perspective, I love the living room. This is the room where my favorite people gather to watch a fun family movie or where we read stories or just talk about our day or just have a simple converstation.





3. Can you wiggle your ears?

  No, I cannot do anything talented like that.





4. What is your evening ritual?

 Oh boy,

 I run a daycare out of my basement in my house, so after all the kids leave we leave to my husbands work to workout. We then come home eat dinner and talk about our day.
 If it is bath night we go up and take a bath and then do something quiet. Books, do a little "homework".
Then it is time for bed and we go brush teeth, go potty and read the bible and say our prayers. pass out kisses and then sleep.
Ryan and I either watch a little tv or just talk or 2 nights a week I let him play xbox and I go up to our room and read or catch up on my dvr shows.
 





5. How many hours of sleep do you need to function?

 I would say a solid 6 or 7. I do not get solid sleep though because I have a 4 month who still gets up or one of my older kids needs something. Since I do not get a solid,do not wake up until morning sleep 8 usually does it,but that never happens.

1. What movie could you watch over and over again and not get tired of?

 I laughed when I saw this question because my husband and I had finished watching 50 First dates and I told him this was a movie I could watch over and over again.  I have watched it 3 times I think and own it! Everytime it is on tv I record it.It is so touching and has a great ending.







2. What's your biggest pet peeve right now?
     At this moment I cannot think of one,but I know that when something happens, Iwill say that is one my pet peeves. Wow, something must be wrong if I cannot think of one.





3. If you had to describe your best friend in five words or less, what would you say?
    Reliable
    Trusted
    giving
    listens






4. If you did not have to worry about money or go to school what would you do for a living?
 
Doing what I am doing right now and that is working from home and being with my kids.




5. What is your one "splurge" item, that you will always buy, no matter the cost?
   Makeup and face products. I have very sensitve skin and I will always pay for a non blemish flaky dry face.

Snow day

Today we had unexpected snow day and we are also off tommorrow. The kids went outside to play, as I stayed inside with Kaelis,but my neighbor was awsome and came and watched the baby so I could go shovel and play with the kids a little. They had a blast and I am sure will venture out again tommorrow,

They have arrived

                                        The doorbell rang and my neighbor so gleefully said your cookies are here. Aww shucks, just as I am trying so hard to get my belly back, these have to come. They are soo good and I will not deprive myself of these,but when you have children and a husband who eats them, it makes them go away alot faster. I put the thin mints which are mine in the back of the freezer hoping I will forget about them. Yea right! They taste better cold that is why I did it. They will not last long and I will just have to workout longer! Which ones are your favorites?

. What is your current favorite book, and why? Read?  not time for that right now!
 





2. Do you go to the dentist regularly? Not sure I want to answer this question. I use to go every 6 months, but then I got pregnant and stopped going for awhile. I have not been in a long time.  I loath the dentist more than anything, I guess I need to call them. uggg!





3. What is your worst memory from High School?

I disliked highschool. Nothing really stands out as a worse memory, I just did not have any of the greatest ones either.




4. What do you hope to be remembered for in your life?
 Oh, not sure. I guess just being a mom and how muched I loved my kids.



5. Are you superstitious or do you have any superstitions?

Go bucks and lessened learned

Well we made it 5 years without Kendric hurting himself that requires stiches. We are greatful that daddy is a athletic trainer and has a medical kit at work. Saves going to the ER. He was running around the living room which he knows not to do and fell and hit his chin on the fireplace mantle. He was a brave boy, but it really did a number. He is all good now.

 On a better note, go buckeyes. They are in the sugar bowl. O H I O!!!!

lipo in a box giveaway

On mommy reviews blog I follow, she is giving away a lipo in a bag. I thought this was great because I just had a baby 3 months ago and the last 10 - 15 pounds seem to not want to go away!  This is the best thing to hide my pooch until the weight decides to go away. I would be more than thrilled to win this. I love it and I have not even tried it yet. Might not be the most attractive peice of wardrobe,but heck, if it hides my not so attractive belly, it is the most arrtractive peice I will ever own. Good luck to me. Go to her blog to enter.
