Nana and papa visit

We had a wonderful visit my parents this week. Mr. C has been in Haiti for 9 days on a mission trip(more on that later) and we were lucky when my parents were able to come and stay with us. We did alot of DIY projects and did a couple of fun things. It was such a great distraction to have my parents here.we went to science city and they had a ton of cool things and all related to science.
 We enjoyed our time and were sad to see them go.










We stopped in panera to get a smoothie.





I had to get my shattered phone fixed and I love how they have a kiddie section.


I made time to visit a long friend.

Instafriday

Happy Friday.I am linking up with Jeanette for another instafriday. Well my husband is almost to Haiti. One more day of traveling. The kids and I are adjusting. Gosh , I have a lot more respect for those of you with traveling husbands.

This was me after my run late morning. I thought I was not going to make it. I went later in the morning, but I stick to my before sunrise run. Too hot, I felt like I running in a swamp because of how sweaty I was.
